Description
This is the rarest of coffee varietals, grown on Jon Jader’s farm in Guacacallo, Southern Colombia, with only a very small amount in Australia. Aji, originally from Ethiopia but grown in Colombia, is roasted with a lighter, filter profile to showcase its juicy, fruity flavours.
Expect a very smooth, well balanced cup, with blood orange fruitiness balanced with creamy citrus and rose notes. Perfect for pour-over, batch brew/Moccamaster and cold brew. The only issue is that we have a very limited amount in stock!
