Espresso Blend Description

This is a beautiful coffee, with depth and rich complexity.  From the micro-lot farm of Rodolfo Rodriguez, high in the mountains in Guacacallo, Rodolfo produces geisha, pink bourbon and red bourbon varietals.  Cherries are hand selected and undergo a 72 hour controlled fermentation and then a 15-20 day drying period.

This recipe is for espresso and developed on a commercial coffee  machine. Use as a guide to achieve your desired flavour preference. If  you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t  panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
