Espresso Blend Description

This is one of the rarest and most sought-after coffees we’ve ever released at Six of One.

Produced at the legendary Las Flores farm in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, this Java varietal comes from a producer internationally recognised for pushing the boundaries of specialty coffee through meticulous cultivation and experimental processing. Coffees from Las Flores are regularly featured on the world competition stage and are highly coveted by elite roasters and baristas globally.

Las Flores has become known for producing extraordinarily expressive coffees with intense aromatics, remarkable clarity and silky texture — the result of obsessive attention to detail, controlled fermentation techniques and an uncompromising focus on quality.

In the cup, this coffee is incredibly fragrant and elegant. Expect vibrant notes of honey, passionfruit and pineapple layered with orange blossom, pink grapefruit, mandarin and raspberry. Despite its explosive fruit character, the cup remains beautifully balanced with a candy-like sweetness, silky body and refined finish.

This is not an everyday coffee. It’s a rare, limited-release lot from one of the most respected farms in modern specialty coffee — and an opportunity to experience the kind of coffee normally reserved for international competition stages.

Very limited availability.
