Espresso Blend Description

This seasonal release comes from Moises Chaguala in Acevedo, Colombia – a region known for producing some of the country’s most expressive coffees.

Grown as Pink Bourbon and processed using the honey method, this coffee sits in a really nice space between washed clarity and natural sweetness. You get structure, but also a softness and depth that makes it seriously enjoyable across different brew methods.

In the cup, it opens with bright blood orange, moves into sweet Fuji apple, and finishes with a delicate rose tea note that lingers without overpowering.

It’s a refined, elegant coffee with plenty going on, but still super approachable.

As with all of our seasonal releases, this is a limited lot, roasted fresh in Toowoomba and available only while it lasts.
